I haven't seen any official numbers or anything, but I'm guessing that the majority of the playerbase ISN'T in the US or anywhere near it. So, mods have the possibility to be dropped when Desecrate is cast. However, we obviously don't know the chances of a mod (or possibly a resource) might show up. EDIT: For those that cannot see. I feel sorry for anybody who actually thinks this is just. Australian, here. It's 4:46am and I am A-OK to wait longer.
