I accidentally purchased a slot for mods for my warframe that costed me 20 platinium. I have yet to use the slot and i would really like a refund. When i sumbit a ticket they email me saying to look for help in the forums .... is there a live chat with customer support or anything like that? I really need a refund

Usually you just send a ticket, saying that you accidently bought an item you didn't want, then they either accept it or decline it.

Just run a bounty and open the relics. You will get 5x that in a radshare if you are lucky. If you have played for a bit you can sell a syndicate weapon every few days for like 30 as well

Slot is best way how to use Plat, especially for beginners, if 20 Plat is live and death question for you i’ll give them to you.

It sounds like he may have actually bought an Exilus adapter with plat ("a slot for mods for my warframe"), rather than a Warframe slot.

Yeah i bought a slot for mods ... not a slot for warframes

Dun worry Warframe got alot helpful player if u really want your 20p back ask for help ingame and tell them your story maybe someone will send u plat or teach u how to earn plat
