How else will you ever get the correct feedback that you need so desperately? If you only get praise from your customers you are living in ignorant bliss while your product eventually fails. There are two ways for a receiver to respond to criticism - thanks for your feedback I agree - or thanks for your feedback. Not by closing threads. A closed thread usually gets closed for a good reason. In the case of this thread, I'm closing it because it's a moderation complaint.
