Do you use it on Aura slot to put any mod or you use it on any slot to put an aura mod?

It works on your Aura slot making it universal to all aura mods.

huh? what do you mean?

What happened is i had a rejuvination on inaros, i used an aura forma on that slot, nothing happened, it did not even asked me to change polarity, and i still have the D polarity on it, i guess i wasted it for nothing

Aura Forma lets you put any Aura on that Warframe and still have it give full Mod Points.
so it adds a universal Polarity to the Slot, if you look at the Aura Slot you'll see the icon near the Polarity.

now you can put -/V/= and other polarities without them going into red, they'll all be green and give you maximum bonus mod capacity points
