Their all about accepting blame for your mistakes, but somehow, its always my fault in the end and when I point out that it wasn't just me that messed up, I get told to stop shifting blame. Like, known issue with product labeling for a bit, my fault, my templates were flawed, but the guy taking the product to the store wasn't checking the labels when he got the shipment and was constantly upset that there was something wrong, and that the customer was the one catching it. I was like, why aren't you checking before sending? They told me there shouldn't be any issues in the first place.
