Use those tokens to purchase things you want through a token dealer. Obviously make the high end items pricey and rivens pricey so the market does not get inflated with rivens. Never once have I received a Legendary Core (not really helpful for me at this point just odd) nor a Shotgun Riven. And lord knows I never want to see the sculpture ever again.
