A sizeable chunk of your damage comes from the explosion.... which you will lose if Arrows pass through your Targets... That being said.... you can use the regular Zhuge for the riven on the left... Obv the damage and crit are solid but the PunchThru also is potentially really helpful with the Zhuge Prime's Explosions and Self-Damage problem. when a Drekar Butcher runs up in your face (or a Squadmade jumps in front of you) the punchthru will let you still shoot them at point blank range without blowing yourself up. The projectile will still do half damage from hitting them; then pass through and put the explosion into a wall safely away from you. Half damage in exchange for not suiciding? sounds like a good trade. As for dealing with enemies at normal ranges; just make a habit of shooting at their feet. The arrows will get stuck in the floor* and still catch them in the explosion so you deal full damage. (shooting at the feet should be a normal habit with any explosive weapon anyway) *most floors will prevent punchthrough; with the exception of some buggy tilesets Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
