Make Covert Lethality a Pressure Point replacement

The current version for Covert Lethality is... Not exactly fantastic. But what if instead, it became a special Pressure Point replacement specific for daggers (and possibly dual daggers)? Think along the lines of Amalgam mods.

Random example of the stats... Keeping it at the current 3 rank mod.
+30-40% damage per rank, for +120-160% at max
+25-50% finisher damage per rank, for +100-200% finisher at max

Would still make it the best option for backstabs without being able to oneshot literally anything that can be backstabbed, and would also make more build variety possible as it'd take the slot of Pressure Point. Might also need a name change with this for clarity. Something like, Lethal Pressure or Covert Pressure Point, or whatever gets the general idea across.

Thoughts?

(Really wasn't sure if this should go in General or Weapon feedback. Sorry if I got it wrong!)

Considering we have Primed Pressure point and Sacrificial Pressure, I doubt the mod would see much use outside of the low MR range.  I also don't think changing a single mod to make daggers viable isn't a smart idea.  All having a crux mod does is reduce build diversity.  Daggers should be made viable on their own, or with a range of mods that allow us to decide how they become viable.

DE removed the only reason that most dagger users used daggers and didn't give anything significant in return.  Daggers in general should just be given an innate bonus to finisher damage.

The idea is to sacrifice a small to moderate amount of raw bonus damage in exchange for much stronger finishers, without taking up an extra slot like it currently does. Normally you can just drop Pressure Point entirely in favor of Condition Overload, but when you don't attack them first to apply any status effects... You'd be using Pressure Point (in some form) regardless for a backstab specced weapon, so why not bake the two together? Can still put on Condition Overload as well for direct combat.

Also would, as you mentioned, give newer players a nice alternative to Primed/Sacrificial Pressure Point if they use a dagger, since it's only a 3 rank mod instead of a 10 rank.
