What Mastery rank can i trade for Prime items?!

Hello, I love warframe, an im glad it has bows an cross bows!

Crossbows being my favorite, my friend offered to trade for the prime parts to the ballistica, but it said i didn't have enough MR? Which level do i need to trade for Prime parts to starting weapons? Im MR 4 right now

The MR requirement for Ballistica Prime is 14. You can check the warframe wiki to see the MR requirement for the various weapons and warframes both prime and non prime varieties. https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/WARFRAME_Wiki

That's alot...So far its taken Me awhile to even get to mr 4, i wonder if im doing something wrong..Thank you

There also exists Rakta Ballistica which is - at least in my eyes - even superior to the Prime variant. That one is available from MR8 onwards.

Don't use the same gear all the time. Exp needed to rank up comes from leveling different stuff. Once the item hits max level (30 in most cases), you won't get any mastery rank exp from it anymore.

I thought there was no MR restriction on trading the blueprints/weapon componets for Prime Warframes/Weapons only to actually start building them. I had the Rubico blueprints/components long before I was the MR to build it.

Did you get them via trading, or cracking open Relics? The latter has no MR locks.

TBH, Ballistica Prime really isn't that great IMO, if you want a strong Bow then get Dread once you're MR5
(kill some bosses, Stalker gonna stalk, defeat Stalker, you'll get a Dread drop quite easily ... if you haven't already, heh).
