Shouldn't stasis's diminishing returns only affect individual sentients and not immediately apply to future waves?

As it is it makes Limbo impossible to use to clear a full round.

In the later waves where the mobs can easily sneeze on the op-links into blowing up and preventing them is more important than ever, this collective diminishing return ensures that fresh new spawns are only paused for 2 seconds.

Wait did DE do that thing where it respawns the exact mob you killed but didnt set the deminishing returns to reset?  So every mob afterwards had the previous ones DR? 

I hope thats an oversight

From what I've heard, yes. Diminishing returns are accumulative towards each subsequent wave of Sentients. So new spawns by wave 15 will only be paused for 2 seconds or something.

I dunno I don't seem to recall the space squad being significantly more difficult post nerf than it was pre nerf.

Adding to this post: Since Catacylsm was started by 'violent blast of void energy' shouldn't each cast of Cata resets Sentient's adaptation stacks? If DE nerfed Limbo by pulling lore, I'd like they to stick to their words and consider the abilities' lore.
