They market this yet there is no verbiage in the promotion content that speaks of Steam being necessary (except for the passive Steam Workshop logo in the corner of the images). 0 Kitterah Posted April 19, 2020 Share Posted April 19, 2020 I bought the Polearm Jotunheim skin yesterday and it still hasn't shown up even after multiple restarts of Steam and my computer in whole.
