Exalted blade doesn't apear on my arsenal

I've been searching and i know that i'm not the only one with this bug. The exalted blade doesn't apear on my arsenal.

Can it be fix?

Hello moitinhaa! Your exalted weapon will be available once you unlocked the Exalted Blade ability at rank 10.

Any reason for this change? It just prevents you from pre-modding that weapon making it not great when you unlock it mid-mission.

AFAIK, this is how it's been for years, if not since the inception of "Exalted" weapons.

It's been that way ever since the ability weapons became able to be modded. Why be able to mod it if you can't even use it?

^ That would be a nice QoL change. Had this situation a few times already where I needed to leave a mission just to mod my exalted weapon to lvl my frame faster instead of staying and I think that change wouldn't hurt anyone.
