Just 2 quick dump questions: If I have 28/30 wreckage slots used and 2 free arnament slots, by repairing a random part will it still take a wreckage slot or armaments?

Do the arnament slots, how can I sell the unwanted basic stuff that were given with the railjack(not built in clan dojo)?

You can't. Sigma MK-0 stuff does not take up slots, and as such cannot be sold

wreckage is the unbuild stuff
armaments is build stuff
when you repair a wreckage it becomes a armament
while in marketplace there is a plat purchase for more arament slots
