Critical Delay/Creeping Bullseye buff

I personally think these mods are severely underpowered, being that 48% crit chance is hardly an increase on 90% of weapons, and the -36% fire rate is doesn’t quite justify the crit increase. 

I propose increasing the critical chance value to somewhere between 60-100% crit chance, and the fire rate decrease either stays between 36-45%

Tell that to my rubico prime, with its 112.something% crit chance with critical delay slotted in.

I use these alot, as they often take you from 80 / 90 % to a full 100. Good on those guns with lower fire rates to begin with. Not that i'd say no to any buffs.

Critical delay buffs crit on my Kuva Seer from about 82-85% to.. around 93% ... So ***** useless.

I always wonder why those and other mods don't just go to multiples of 5 instead of those random numbers.
