How about MR30 Buff Stations also on frequently used places like Deimos / Necralisk or Orb Vallis / Fortuna and Plains ?

As about the Question says, what if we add such Mr 30 Blessing Pylons to those Daily Bounty Spaces could make this Places more enjoyable to stay.

Perhaps each of those respective areas could have their own unique station.

Like a small ceremonial half-circle of rocks by the water at Cetus, a jury-rigged kiosk somewhere by a wall in Fortuna, and (Maybe) the Boot Prime within the Necralisk :)

 

Those are some possible ideas off the top of my head. If there's a HUB with Duviri, not sure what sort of thing could be there. Depends on if it's Orokin or a new faction's place altogether (Whatever / whoever was riding the horse in that trailer).
