A question about won platinum

I recently won a Nezha Prime Accesse pack from the Twitch giveaways, but every time I attempt to spend any of it, it tells me that I don't have enouugh platinum, and  offers the prompt to buy platinum from the store page. Is my account bugged or something? I would really appreciate it if an official DE team member weighed in on this!

There are two kinds of platinum.

Paid Platinum, and Free Platinum.

Free Platinum is the kind you get in giveaways that are limited to in game services and purchases.

Paid Platinum can do all, and be traded with players.

Paid Platinum is from people who paid for their platinum.

damn lucky SOB, normally i wouldn't care but that ephemera is amazing! for plat issue, if you are not able to spend even on ingame items from market then contact the support

Ephemera? Do you mean the syandana or am I missing something?

You get Nezha and his Ephemera with the Prime Access pack, among a ton of other stuff.
