And I sent the answer like this

Is it right to send this back to the message?

I haven’t won a giveaway yet but what they tell you to do is message them after the stream is over with the platform your on and they will send you a code

Congrats!  I have never won a giveaway either, but that does seem like what you are supposed to do!

Once they have your name they will just add the platinum directly to your account, no further actions required.

Just wait maybe a day or so, should not take long.
