I imagine it smelling a bit like how my system smells like when running hot, but just stronger. I think of endo as some sort of radioactive material. It's said that nuclear explosions give off an ozone type smell according to some of the survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and some of the people that were testing atomic weapons also described a similar smell, so something like that.
