Helminth Ability for Buff Rhino - Which would you personally prefer to receive?

It's x2 affinity weekend and I want to level my guns, of course this means I take something that buffs my team so I amplify the kills the damage dealers do.

 

Now to my question:

If a high strength roar Rhino is on your team, which other buff he could apply to you, thanks to the Helminth System, would you like?

This included the usage of Buffs that also require an ability augument.

 

I have already tried Elemental Ward with Everlasting Ward to provide an armor buff, but I do not think this was too helpful.

Next I tried Smite with Smite Infusion, which is pretty great for my unranked guns to still kill enemies, but generally useless for Warframe abilities.

I like using Valkyrs Warcry with its augment, then spinning super fast and hitting super hard with my 9.3 meter Wolf Sledge

Protea's Dispenser, I guess. Use Arcane Energize too, if possible.

Or you could help with CC, Mesa's Shooting Gallery is a buff, so it might be convenient to use with your build.

You could go for nourish from grendel. It has 3 buffs, and one of them adds toxin to ally weapons
