Login restriction wait time?

Hi folks, I just reinstalled the game and tried to login after a long period of time. I was using multiple of my passwords and finally found my correct one just to have a login restriction, but it does not say how long the wait time is. I was hoping to play with a friend tonight. Does anyone know how to cancel this wait time or at least know how long the wait time is?

Don't accounts sometimes get locked after long periods of inactivity? Contact support and let them know you're back?
