Nyx psychic bolts not working vs liches

I have the str needed on nyx prime and when i hit psychic bolts on any liches lately it doesn't strip armor at all and its at 100% debuff.

did they change it or am i missing something ? because the debuffing worked awhile ago to get all the armor/shields off of liches/sisters and i would see red health bars.

Did you try casting it multiple Times ?

For some reason her bolts don't seem to work on Lichs, but they do on the Sisters. Not sure if this is a bug, or the effect working on the Sisters is unintended.

If you have her, try using Banshee. Her Sonar works on both.

The red health bar doesn't show at all. It may be working though. Mike works in Mot but the health doesn't turn red.
