MR 30 Relay buffs

These really should effect every instance. I was in zone 2 while Danielle and MArcus were getting buffed and I got el-zilcho.

There are enough people that are 30+ that if you're in a busy instance you can ask nicely and get a blessing within minutes unless it is an extremely off peak time. Though on PC there are usually still 1 or 2 busy Earth relay instances even in the wee hours of the morning, I imagine the situation during US "standard work hours" should be at least as good.

Players managed years without the blessings though, you'll live.

buffs are weak! i can buff every day random players. but i dont see any sense behind it. i better buy booster for 30 days and chill.

Or TC could get to MR30 himself then never have to wait for someone else to do the buffing.

Nah I just have a little goal of, one time, getting every single possible buff.

You won't get a thank you if you buy yourself a booster.
