Not sure if it's just my graphics settings, but they are all mostly on high with effects on (including HDR). Things that are off: motion blur, film grain, bloom, depth of field. I assume they're still meant to have it, and it wasn't removed to make the Oxylus (which you get on Fortuna) the only easy way of finding them. The oxlylus includes other advantages anyway. Note, you can still spot them with your eyes, look for the faint expanding and overlapping concentric ripples (you can see them in the video above). It's just much more difficult than it used to be.
