Zariman endurance mission C rotation rewards are so bad

80% chance to get a normal lens after ~20 minutes of gameplay in any of the endless missions on Zariman. The remaining 20% is divided evenly between 2 weapon parts or 1 weapon part and the Galeforce Dawn stance mod. In this case, the 80% chance of getting a basic focus lens is the bad part here.

So, what's so bad about getting normal lenses? Normal lenses are already much more accessible from previous open worlds. You can get multiple of them from a single mid level bounty from all of the previous open world areas. You are also able to farm pre-built GREATER lenses directly from the Zariman bounties, skipping the need to ever collect basic lenses to build greater lenses. Farming the extermination bounty takes just a couple of minutes per run vs. the 15-20 minutes it will take to reach the C reward rotation in the endless missions. Besides, building greater lenses from basic lenses is overly expensive in my opinion, since that step requres a Forma to do so. That issue alone makes the basic lens drops completely worthless.

My suggestion would be to get rid of the lenses on the drop table, increase the probability of getting a weapon part or the stance mod as a reward from 10% to 20% to a total of 40% probability, and distributing the remaining 60% from each of the 3 mission evenly between the 15 arcanes available from Cavalero. Each of the three endless mission types would drop 5 different arcanes each at a 12% drop rate.

Yeah, the Greater lenses are next to useless especially since targeted focus in Zariman goes to your equipped school and not any lenses.
