And Nezha does what exactly? Like I know he tanks and does some cc and can even damage using his rings, but is that particularly meta?

Ah, thought I'd drop in on this one too.

Nezha is a surprisingly good off-tank all-rounder frame. He has great self-sustain, a funky passive for higher speed movement, and all of his bonuses against enemies are bonuses for the team too.

For example, his most helpful ability is his 2. You sling that at enemies and it bounces between them, procs a Heat status for some quick control, and primes enemies. The priming of enemies makes them take more damage (which is an additional multiplier on your weapon and ability damage) from all sources, including your team. It also means that when they die they have a guaranteed chance to drop either a Health orb or an Energy orb, which then plays into some of the more interesting Mods you can grab.

Taking a Kubrow and using the one mod that lets Health orbs buff the Kubrow's armour means that you can pick up Health Orbs whenever they're around, not just when you need Health, and trigger things like Equilibrium and Health Conversion. In this case the one mod giving you Energy more reliably and the other buffing your armour by enough that even without your own damage reduction ability you become as tanky as Valkyr Prime with a Steel Fiber equipped. (Down side of all this... taking a Kubrow...)

Nezha's 3 has the interesting mechanics of acting just like Iron Skin in activation, with invulnerability for three seconds on cast, charging up and so on, to give you high Damage Reduction, but also a slew of things that Iron Skin also has, like immunity to knockdown (so you can take those AoE weapons that you would normally need Primed Sure Footed for). Higher level players used it as Shield Gating before that mechanic existed, since you also get 1 second of invulnerability when the cast breaks, so you can cast it, take very, very little damage to get minimum value on the ability, then go back into combat knowing that anything that gets through your Shields will trigger an 'ability' gate instead of killing you.

His 1 is fairly decent damage and CC when he's fully modded, and plays well into melee builds. But it's his combo between his 4 and his 2 that really makes him shine.

Casting his 4 on a room will CC everything that isn't an Eximus unit. If you throw his 2 at the impaled enemies, the ring doubles, and those rings seek another enemy, and will double again if they hit an impaled enemy. They will even bounce back and deal damage to enemies that are already primed to take more damage, and hit them again, which then works like a Bane mod for the Heat procs they make (multiplying the damage that causes the proc, and then multiplying the damage ticks the proc deals). Can nuke low level, can kill at high level, can make serious progress on very high level.

Nezha is a frame that's well worth the investment.

I think it depends on what content you're looking to do with them. I find that Mag is far better for just general use, everything from lith fissure cracks through to later content but her big AoE damage abilities really fall off as enemy level increases. So she trends towards using her bubble and getting overshields for everyone (as well as shield regen on things like defense/excavators) as the difficulty ramps up.

Zephyr can put down tons of damage, but because of the nature of her skills you'll find it hard to utilize them in lower content; By the time you've popped the skill, a number of other frames will have already killed everything within a 10 mile radius. But as the difficulty ramps up and it becomes less possible for people just nuke everything with abilities then she'll start to really shine.
