Helminth Ability for Baruuk besides the usual...

Besides the usual Pillage, Gloom, Empower etc...

What would be interesting?

Defy, or maybe Shuriken?

Any suggestions are welcome.

It doesn’t seem like many would fit well with a low duration Baruuk build.

Another thing I was wondering is if Xaku's Whisper effects Desert Storm or any melee weapon damage with Void damage.

Xata's Whisper affects all weapons (including exalted). Its a good option for sure.

Imho it is not, because the OP mentioned a "low duration Baruuk build" (~40 duration)
For me it's no fun to use any duration based buff for that reason.
Guess I am too lazy to click every 10 seconds for a buff

I use empower to buff my daggers to 29, because I couldn't find any better.

Read the original post again. His question about xatas whisper was whether or not it affected the exalted dessert wind. Not if it would be ideal on a low duration build.
