(PSN) Inbox that gives Razorback Cipher blueprint is missing [Fixed]

The event is showing up in the game but I did not get the blueprint for the cipher in the inbox like the wiki states

I am no longer receiving messages from the game in my inbox.  Baro came and I got no message.  Razorback armada started and no message to give me the instructions and blueprints.  Is this happening to anyone else? If there’s something that I have to reconfigure to get these back?

My friend is playing on PS4, and they have Razorback Armada active, and it says that the event lasts for 3 days for her but she didn't get the Razorback Cipher blueprint.

She checked inbox and there is nothing inside of it.

same issue for me as well, old account but took a very long break from the game. So not just new accounts, likely any account that hasn't done the mission previously.

@[DE]Megan This event ends soon. If this isn’t fixed before it ends then at the very least those of us trying to do it should be compensated. These events happen maybe once a month at that and I don’t think we should have to miss out because of something out of our control.
