Have you logged out or restarted the game to see if it's then delivered to you?

Check what payment method you used. Some payment methods may take more than a day to process.

Dont directly assume its DE's fault if your transaction hasnt gone through correctly, there are dozens of things that could go wrong on both ends.

Also, some times you need to log in order to update your account and receive the items.
