When I entered again, all the equipment and cards on the account disappeared. Go to this link https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=50894 Under Subject* Provide a brief description of your issue, as an example. I'm banned. Under Description* explain what happened. Under Category* select Account is Banned/Suspended You may have to login into the helpdesk before seeing the above maybe. Also only submit one ticket on this issue, if you submit more than one it will mess up previous tickets and DE may even just close them all.
