Custom in-game profile icon?

I noticed someone had an icon that isn't an icon available for use on the list of profile icons:

They are a Windows user. Is it possible to do this somehow now? (Tags are required to post in this forum. So I chose all of them.)

This is a Profile icon that you can buy for Plat, but I think the one here, is from a Content Creator (who very much likes annmie), at times you can get them for free with a Code or by asking them

The glyph you're looking at can be obtained by following this link and activating the auto filled in promo code.

You were able to get your own custom glyph into the game as part of a tennocon pass that cost a ton of money some years back, but I personally never have seen any of those glyphs, not even as a screenshot by somebody else.

I think redeeming promo codes is rate-limited, just try to space out claiming promo codes so you aren't redeeming a large amount of them in a short timespan. DE usually puts out a promo code around Tennocon I think, something you might want to look out for.  

According to the wiki 'https://www.warframe.com/promocode?code=Parvos' is the only currently active promo code that isn't a glyph. (excluding keys from giveaways like the one currently running on the alienware site, redeemed in the same place)

It should only cause issues if you try to use a bunch of codes in quick succession that have expired / that you've already used before.
