[spoilers] option to have operator/drifter chosen at random?

im pretty fond of both my operator and drifter, but dont really care to constantly manually switch between the two, but id love to make sure they both get some usage instead of having one gather dust, and thinking back on the last scene of The New War where both the operator and drifter phase between one another mid-conversation with the lotus, i think itd be pretty neat to have an option to have either one of them selected at random at the start of every mission, or even every time you use transference if its technically possible!
