Equinox passive not affected by Equilibrium mod change in Abyss of Dagoth update?

With the recent Abyss of Dagoth update the Equilibrium mod got changed where your warframe can pick up heath orbs at full heath to still benefit from the energy conversion, yet when I play Equinox (who’s passive ability is literally just Equilibrium) she doesn’t pick up heath orbs while at full heath.

Is this working as intended or is this possibly a bug/mistake because it doesn’t make since for her passive to not work the same as the mod.

Allowing Equinox to pick up heath orbs at full heath for energy conversion from her passive would be such a welcome love tap to an underused and very fun frame.

They never mentioned Equinox, so I assume it's intended. I personally think this is fine. Her passive is extremely weak, and I'm not really sure this would be worth it for a mere 10% effect.

Maybe it would be a good occasion to tweak it a bit. Because not only it is weak, but also does not synergise with her abilities at all. It only fits the Yin/Yang Duality Theme.
