Console hosts lack mob spawn

Sometimes doing missions in public i see a lack of mob spawn, like half or third of what i expect. Every time it's a console host. I guess it's a hardware limitation or something, but i find it quite annoying. My guess is a switch host since this is the less powerful device.

I know i can disable crossplay, but that's not the point. Is it "normal", is it a bug ? If normal, there may be alternative like setting a preference for a PC host or something?

its normal, spawn limits do vary on each platform.

Set your ping limit to lowest and probably you will be always host

It is because it is a p2p game. The host is the one that loads the mobs, so since the console hardware is usually worse than a PC, it summons a number of mobs equivalent to what the console can hold without exploding.

We do not have to like it, but is sadly inevitable with p2p system. Should the games be hosted on outside server that would not be an issue.
