Beam weapon fire rate

Hey guys quick question. 

With riven my beam weapon will have 17.936 fire rate.

How does round up works ? will it calculate  17 or will round up till 18?

Why does it have to round up to anything? There are 2 decimals in the arsenal.

Not a supermarket where they love to round UP, what you see is what you get.

So how it works ?  i shoot for 1 second , does it fire 17 shots or 18 shots   or it calculates damage  by multiplying by 17.936 

 

for example weapon deals 100 damage per hit.   In 1 second weapon will deall 1700  or 1800 or 1796 damage?

You simply get a frequency of shots that math out to a rate of 17.936 per second.

So yeah, if you manage to fire for exactly 1 second and not the tiniest bit more, you get 17 shots there.
