Between Magistar and Ceramic blade, which do ya'll think is better for khora?

Regular magistar incarnon

Why? Because its final perk grants 16% cc and 1x cd

Bringing the base of whipclaw from 25% cc 2x cd to 41% cc 3x cd **base**

Meaning, that bloodrush and any other crit chance and ofc, crit dmg mods scale with that 41% and 3x multiploer

25% crit chance with max stacked blood rush is 135% crit

41% crit chance with max stacked blood rush is 221% crit chance

Assuming that you have all the evolutions, do you have to get the Magistrar into incarnon mode during your mission to get the crit stats, or do you get it automatically when equipping the weapon?

Automaticaly. The stats get added without the need to enter incarnon form

Literally does not matter. Both can comfortably kill level cap. Whipclaw is OP.

I'd say comes down to personal preference. You are already dealing so much damage that it shouldn't matter.

With that being said I'd go Ceramic Dagger because of the IC count from primary kills making it a comfort pick to have constant 9x combo and don't need to min-max the build around that and combo count by giving up your aura mod and/or focus school for it. Plus I find it kinda clunky getting to a high combo count with a stat stick melee. You can also do more paired synergies with the required primary.
