Valkyr Rework Proposal

Valkyr at the moment basically only has 2 abilities, the Warcry and Hysteria, here are two abilities that could replace her 1 and her 3:

Replacing her 3:
Ravage Shields
    The Warframe lets out a fearsome scream, sacrificing its own shields to empower its melee prowess.
    Upon activation, the Warframe's shields are instantly reduced to zero.
    For a duration following the Battle Cry, the Warframe gains a significant melee critical chance buff based on the percentage of shields sacrificed.
        For example, sacrificing 200 — or whatever unmodded value is — shields could grant a moderate buff, while sacrificing 500 of shields could provide a maximum buff.
    The buff duration and strength scale with the amount of shields sacrificed.
    Additionally, enemies within the scream's radius are briefly staggered or disoriented.

Replacing her 1:
Prowling Pounce
    The Warframe channels her energy to activate Exalted Claws, transforming her hands into razor-sharp, energy-infused claws for a short duration.
    Upon activation, the Warframe selects a target and dashes towards them with incredible speed.
    The targeted enemy is struck with a powerful melee attack, dealing damage and inflicting slash procs.
    For each instance of slash damage dealt during the slash procs, the Warframe recovers a percentage of the damage as health (for example, 10% of the damage dealt).

Having a super cheap way to open enemies up to Finishers seems ~alright to me for a Melee Frame,
I'm not convinced Paralysis can't be saved by some number tweaking (not least more stun duration),
and the Augment definitely should get an innate range boost.

Your 1 replacement ... TBH makes little sense to me, because that's just her 4, or rather, that one Augment for it.

Ripline could be SO much fun if it had a stronger effect, really making you zip zap zoop across the battlefield,
instead of the current quite flaccid acceleration that, on high range builds, comes nowhere close to making you reach your attach point.

How about this, tap the button to propel Valkyr forwards, if you aim at an object you only pay ~5 Energy or so,
on enemies it costs the normal 25 and makes you fling yourself onto them much like the 4 Augment / Garuda's 1,
dealing greatly boosted Melee damage and all that goodness (maybe a forced Finisher like on Fatal Teleport, even).

Hold the button and you enter a Bladestorm-esque targeting mode (give it a low cost per enemy), which upon release
attaches hooks to the marked enemies, flinging them towards you, where they all arrive at the same time,
being greeted by an automatic clothesline-but-with-claws type attack (while fling-immune enemies "just" take the damage).

... dunno, seems like it could be fun / effective enough.

I like this idea, more CC on valkyr. (Although as of the moment, kullervo's teleport replacing valkyr's 1 does this well)

This is almost exactly just excalibur's 1st. Valkyr needs something more unique to replace ripline.
