Games still buggy and glitchy from 2013-2024 years

The more complex anything gets, the more likely there will be flaws or problems that break functionality. A normal hammer can still perform it's functions normally with small flaw and bits of damage. Throw it off the roof of your house and it'll still work, even if the claw is a little wonky and it's more difficult to pull nails out. A jackhammer can stop working if there's a small leak in the air hose or a seal. Throw it off the roof of your house and you'll be lucky if it still works properly.

Any program more complex than "Hello World" is exponentially more likely to have bugs upon creation and they get harder and harder to find once they exist.

My opinion developers should start do many experiments who cause these new bug and glitch,otherwise it repeat endless.

DE has 300+ employees (according to their own website) working on WF and Soulframe (and previously on the never released "Keystone"/"The Amazing Eternals" game).
And only a few of them are directly coding the game (I would guess people like software engineers, engine programmers or graphics programmers), others are lighting artists, concept artists, level artists, technical designers, marketing specialists, event coordinators, game capture artists, motion graphics specialists, sound designer community managers, etc.
So there is only so much the WF programmers and QA testers can test for.
All while there are constantly more than 45k-55k Tennos playing WF on Steam alone (+ those on the PC standalone/PS/Xbox/Switch/Mobile version).
And those players are testing/ encountering/ pressing different buttons/ doing way more stuff than DE can ever test for.

Other games are also buggy/have faulty code, just look at unrestricted speedruns or TAS; there is so much broken code.


Here's a QA test joke for you:

A software tester walks into a bar.
Runs into a bar.
Flies into a bar.
Crawls into a bar.
Jumps into a bar.
Dances into a bar.

And orders:
a beer.
3 beers.
0 beers.
999999999 beers.
a lizard in a beer glass.
-1 beer.
"qwertzuiopü" beers.

Testing complete.

A real customer walks into the bar and asks where the bathroom is.
The bar goes up in flames.

Its not just warframe. Remember that Destiny 2 cut around 1/3rd of its content from the game because it was too much to keep bug free. Warframe is buggy only because they dont cut content. So dont see bugs as a bad thing, see it as a badge of honour that they arnt going to compromise their content for stability.

I mean lets be honest they could cut Conclave entirely...the whole 6 people that still play that mode would be angry but...

Sure, but it also doesnt hurt to keep it in. It doesnt really get updates, so it doesnt cause additional bugs. Same as Lunaro. In fact removing it might actually be more work.

the only bug that really bugs me is the transference glitch that wont let you shoot, reload,interact and use powers with your Warframe.

it happens when you transfer to fast and use abilities with operator and warframe to quickly and get stunned or statused while doing it.

 

it probably has something to do with the internet connection, so its quite hard to fix that one.

I notice that too myself,might be that,but still remain unknown who really cause these news bugs and glitch.

Try coding/programming an app and you will understand.

There will be always bugs everytime the devs are creating new features, contents, etc. That's why we got the QA to catch bugs as much as possible before the release.

Bugs are mostly caused by codes and the codes are what devs use to build up the game.

Imagine writing an essay, do you think you will have 0 mistake the very first time you write an essay? It's not possible and even if you do your best, there will always be another mistake pointing out like conflicting ideas, or opinion not strong enough, etc.

Coding is like writing an essay, but worse + a mix of math in it.

oh my bad, they fixed a orange sparkle from not being purple, oh yeah, such a great use of resources. He is complaining about bugs that existed, were reported many times, and ignored. What they're doing now is FAR too little too late and we deserve better. This game needs a massive overhaul from the inside out and most original stuff gutted/refined. They've had 11 years and hundreds of millions in revenue to figure it out. "Boohooo, programming hard" That is an excuse especially considering they've had the time and actively chose to not give a crap until it bites them in the behind. I do know what its like to program but this game isn't year one and they've demonstrated a lack of passion and care for functionality of their product. I expect that from a first year indie dev who is just learning and figuring things out, they're not indie devs people.
