If you are relaying on one skill for survivability, go play Rhino. It is brainless frame and even day one player can use him properly. Ember needs some skill now and immediately she is useless? She was more fun as a Tanky Mage then she is now as a mediocre DPS Mage. I fail to see how anything else can be more important than how fun she is. Yet somehow, never have that problem with other frames. Weird. This all reeks of the same whining associated with the Quick Thinking change. If you have problems without it, you've got bigger problems. because ember is very weak, she has lowish shields with lowish health with no armor.
