New Event?

Okay, I done the event of Chiper Tetra with a score of 741. But today I log in and I see a message from the lotus about the Chiper shield tetra.. I farmed the key with 3 interception runs and now I have to do the event... But didn't I do it before? Why should we do a 2nd event? If I do the 2nd event too, do I get my reward ?

It's the same event, but an 'escalation' happened.

 

Basically it's just a second tier of the event that is harder and gives a shinier badge.

It is really hard. I done 741 points on the 1st event. Do I have all the rewards like Gorgon wraith and the mods?

 

EDIT: I completed the event with 500+ points. Do I get the medal? In total, I made 1.609 points.m
