As Mara Left her ship for new adventures to follow, Another ship, a Damaged Corpus Cruiser appeared on Radar, The Communications officer aboard the ship responded to Docking control.

"Arcadia Docking this is the R.C.S Soundwave Requesting permission to dock, we are requesting repairs also"

Zeph Aryen, Commander of the Soundwave had heard of this Market many times among various circles, the Gradvius Dilemma brougt back many bad memories and very little good ones. it was a good chance for his crew to take some leave and rest, as well as a good chance to restock

"Affirmative, commander. You will be escorted to garage C3 shortly, kindly power down all on-boards weapon systems as you enter the no-armament zone."

A pair of tugships emerged from the Hangar doors and flanked the cruiser, helping to direct it into her assigned garage. Several attendant MOAs and mechanics were already waiting there to receive the docking vessel.

Crab smiled before bringing the cup down a bit before continuing.

"Second of all i'd like to thank the people of this station for being so very welcoming when most shun our presence, and for that us tenno thank you."

The patrons murmured a little at that, but the cafe's crew merely smiled warmly. It was from being welcoming that their station became more and more popular and began to prosper. Arcadia welcomed all who came in peace, and the fabled warrior-gods of the Orokin era were to be treated no different.

The Soundwave did so with no worry, powering down all weapons and shields for the moment. The threat of battle would not be a concern for the moment.

"Number Two" Responded Zeph to his Second in Command "Tell the Engineering crew to take some time off should they wish, They deserve it"

"Aye Aye Sir!" Responded Number Two happily, a Railgun Moa with a Prototype AI voice system as it joyfully skipped on it's merry way.

As the Ship Landed, Zeph Aryan and other crewmembers -Some of them returning patrons- came down to the hangerbay with a smile.

Zeph's uniform was a mild Grayish blue uniform -Kinda like the Elite Crewmen- with an orange/Gold glowing visor. his boots rached to his knees and his gloves up to his elbow. he smiled under that helmet as he looked about the hanger-bay "Nice..."

Several crewman waved and welcomed the crew to Night Market as they stepped down the ramp from their ship. Repurposed drones released from their MOA platforms circled the ship inside and outside to survey the damages and condition of the cruiser. As his crew worked, the foreman of the garage headed to the alighting commander of the vessel.

"Welcome to the Night Market, commander." greeted the foreman, saluting briefly as he did so. "The Night Market's maintenance crew will take good care of your ship. In the meantime, we invite you and your crew with open arms to enjoy our accommodation and shopping facilities."

Infinium had to do something, he was getting restless and fidgety. Perhaps another go at a conversation?

"So, um, Anything you wanna, um, talk about?" he asked in his typical nervous fashion.

"Well, no. Sir." she replied, no less awkwardly then him. "But I still have to thank you for taking us out for coffee. Little Charlotte here certainly has had a good time in her present company thus far."

The girl was still occupied with the Rubik's Cube, now trying to pry it apart and almost hitting her Wyrm playmate with tiny fists.

"Of course. Ammunition for personal arms can be purchased from various warehouses and armouries in the market." the foreman replied, gesturing to the Hangar exit that led to the Night Market.  "For your on-board ship armaments, we stock various cells and calibers for your weapons, and ship raw materials if you prefer to produce your own."

At a small clothing bazaar near the center of the Market stood a few stalls. A scarf artisan displayed her works proudly in glass shelves, some of her best specimens including her self-crafted Syandana replicas. At the opposite end was another stall with several old-fashioned robes on display. A few of them were advertised to be of 'Orokin-inspired' design, with flamboyant trims of gold and obscure symbols that seemed to be associated with the ancient race.

Jerry began examining the exotic robes looking closely without touching them, certainly not exact replica's but definitely inspired by the Orokin. He looked around the stall for the vendor, "Would it be alright if I felt the material that you used in these robes?"

A sleek ship of Tenno design moved gradually towards the hangar bay of the Arcadia Station.

"Ugh. I still don't see why we have to come here of all places. We could have gone to Tharsis or even Augustus instead. At least they have cold drinks there. That pigswill they serve at Arcadia is warm." A tall and muscular Tenno grumbled, the white accents on his Rhino Warframe's helmet gleaming as it sat on the control panel.

"Sadarus, I told you. We have to pick up fuel and supplies here if we're going to make it back to the clan's ship. Now let me make this transmission." A slim woman, donning a Nyx Warframe, replied in contempt. She tapped away at the holographic projections of buttons and dials, and a short buzz of static began her message. "This is Captain Keya of The Crimson Melody Tenno Reconnaissance Vessel to Arcadia Night Market Station. We are requesting permission to land and resupply. How copy?"

Sadarus grunted in complaint at the uncomfortable silence between the request and response.

"Of course, sir." the craftsman replied, eagerly gesturing to his work. He was always glad to have his craft viewed by others, that was why he set up shop in the Night Market in the first place.

The fabric of the robes was made of a synthetic material that felt lighter than silk, yet had the softer quality of natural fabrics. For the trimming, golden, glossy threads were woven into the fabric in intricate, flower-like patterns.

"Affirmative, captain. Proceed to landing pad 4 to dock at the Hangar."

A tugship covered with neon lights helped to direct the reconnaissance vessel to the landing pad zone, its illumination flashing bright red in warning to a cruiser that began to wander dangerously close. The landing pads were made to receive smaller vessels, though in times of congestion, they were also used to service cruisers, command vessels, freighters and battleships.

A crane lowered the landing pad to a garage as the ship docked, its course directed by a waving crewman. A cargo MOA was already waiting there with a sled of cells and liquid fuel.

Crab grinned and looked around before continuing.

"And for my final word i'd like to say.."

Crab raised his cup in the air

"Drinks are on me! i'll handle all the payments."

The patrons raised their cups and cheered at that announcement. But everyone seemed to be enjoying their generous servings of specialty coffees to order more for now. They returned their attention to the coffee breaks and idle chatter, and the staff got back to their work.

Another eternal afternoon in the Creamy Sands cafe. Now featuring Tenno.

"Much appreciated." Keya said, ending the transmission. "Come on, Sadarus. Strip your Waframe and put on some normal clothes. We may as well enjoy ourselves while we're here." She said, heading into her quarters to change.

Sadarus hauled his large body up from the command chair and strolled into his own quarters. After a minute, both of them emerged, dressed in traditional Tenno garments. Sadarus was holstering a silver Lato in his coat pocket.

"Do you have to bring that?" Keya asked, worried what the hotheaded Rhino was planning.

"Don't worry, sister. We're on a Corpus-controlled station, and we can't be too careful. I'm just bringing something in case some Moa tries to pull anything funny. I promise not to kill anyone." Sadarus replied, slipping in a magazine and pulling back the slide.

"That's reassuring..." Keya thought to herself, before they left the ship through the cargo ramp to meet the Moa and stow the the fuel.

Crab was busy handing out a couple drinks to give the overworked staff a break before noticing the new guests..

*Hello and welcome to the creamy sands! First off YES i am tenno, second off i'm not wearing a helmet and third off i'm paying for everything"

Crab smiled before turning around and sitting with a couple crewmen from the "Atkeh" and nudged one in the shoulder

"Maybe i'm making people a little uneasy.."

"More ornate? If you're making a request, I can take it." said the craftsman as he raised a computerized eyeglass to his face to measure his patron's dimensions. "Are there any specifications that you are looking for?"

A helpful crewman had already taken it upon himself to perform the refuelling process. He waved the ship's pilots toward the Hangar exits, where the various facilities of the Night Market awaited them. He pointed to an Osprey attendant, who understood its directive to lead their guests out of the Hangar.

"Hello sir, we appreciate the help that you're giving us, but we'd like you, our valued patron, to relax and enjoy the beverages and experience we offer." she said softly, gesturing to his seat at the Frost Prime's table.

The two Tenno followed the Osprey to the main plaza of the station, and Keya looked in awe at the glass dome above their heads.

"You have to admit, Corpus architecture is beautiful in it's own way." She said, pondering on the design of the building in which they stood.

"So, the plan is the same as before, right?" Sadarus reminded her. "You go and pick up food and medical supplies, and I'll go and restock our munitions caches." He said, aching to leave the Corpus airspace.

"It wouldn't hurt to look around a bit," Keya pointed out. "I'm sure there are some things you could find interesting here."

Sadarus looked patronizingly at her, and she blushed. "You just want to admire the 'architecture' don't you?" He asked, and she blushed more. "Fine. I'll be in one of the munitions stores of you need me." He waved down an Osprey, and followed it to the only place he could feel at home: surrounded by explosives, blades and guns.

Keya looked around, suddenly noticing she was all alone now. "I suppose I'd better find something to do for the while. That maniac won't want to leave the stores when he gets there." She thought as she looked around, and noticed a boulevard of restaurants and cafés, lined with automated greeting boards. "It's a start..." She meandered down the road, looking for something to do.

"Ah they aren't for me they are for my niece she's very loving of the Orokin style." pulling out his tablet he unlocked it and scrolled through a few things before swiping to the side of the screen, "Here these are her measurements, I believe she was looking for something more akin to ceremonial robes, if you could fulfill that request, if not I'll just take a few similar to these over here in this size." He smiled lightly at the craftsman, "They are quite lovely."

"My apologies, i was merely trying to assist, and besides i don't often get to go on leave so i guess i got..  a little carried away"

Crab rubbed his forehead and muttered to himself.

"Being a tenno sucks sometimes..."

Umbra looked around the stalls a little more, but didn't really find anything. He had passed a Kimono stall, but he wasn't that vain. An Imperator Syanada was enough for him, or an Uru for cold missions. He decided to keep on walking around for the sake of walking, silently hoping to find some work moving boxes, or find someone to chat to.

He was done looking around in one area and then decided to move on to the next area, seeing all kinds of interesting stalls selling a wide variety of things. He could stay here for a while, as he had nothing really urgent required for work. He saw several Tennos around the market and he was quite thankful that he was in a neutral area, as he heard that Tenno incursions on ships often leave little to none alive aboard.

Zeph smiles and removes his helmet, revealing his sea blue eyes and sets it to the side "Thank you ma'am, How are you and can I get a Americano coffee please?"

"Of course, sir. Have a seat and I'll have it brought to you." the little blonde waitress said brightly. She scooted off at once to the barista, set a cup of the ordered americano onto a saucer and took it to her customer and served it at record speed.

"Enjoy!"

The two Tenno followed the Osprey to the main plaza of the station, and Keya looked in awe at the glass dome above their heads.

"You have to admit, Corpus architecture is beautiful in it's own way." She said, pondering on the design of the building in which they stood.

That maniac won't want to leave the stores when he gets there." She thought as she looked around, and noticed a boulevard of restaurants and cafés, lined with automated greeting boards. "It's a start..." She meandered down the road, looking for something to do.

Several stalls offering specialty snacks from all over the system lined the streets, their aromas whetting the appetites of all who passed. Sweet, savoury, sour or bitter, the Night Market's variety promised to cater to every taste.

At the other end of the Market area stood secure armouries and hardware stores. These were typically run by dealers or retired war veterans, and counted on the Night Market's traffic to procure and vend their goods. Armament trade in the Night Market was also less restricted and regulated than in other civillian colonies, so more devastating and heavy pieces of hardware and explosive ordinance could be traded here.

The craftsman keyed in the measurements into his Osprey attendant and reached for a roll of robe fabric. "Very well, sir. I'll get to work on your request, and you can have your goods picked up in about two days." he informed his patron. "Or if you're planning on accommodation in our Village, I can also have it delivered to you."

"Well, Um, It was my pleasure, I guess."

He looked at Charlotte and her Sentinel playmate.

"And I think he's enjoyed his time here as well."

Garbles was trying to avoid the fists, though you can't really hurt a metal bug, even if it's a squishy one.

Charlotte seemed to have finally gotten bored of the Rubik's Cube. Setting it down clumsily onto an empty saucer, she turned her attention to the Wyrm and tried to pet it on the head, or wherever she thought looked like its head. She had never seen anything quite like Wyrms before, but perhaps one day she would like one of her own.

Much of the labour in the Night Market was attended to by robots and the resident crewmen, and service was largely managed by the youths who were still undergoing education or training. Credits in the Night Market were generally generated through trading, but there were still opportunities for those who were seeking work. Several notice boards were connected to the Origin system's Bounty Network, containing listings of the rewards offered on the heads or captures of certain infamous personalities. Ship pilots were also sometimes hired in the Hangar to eliminate asteroids that drifted into the Hangar's docking zone, and the armouries that set up shop here also needed experienced gunmen to test and calibrate the weapons that they traded in.

The layout of the Night Market gradually changed from congested streets lined with roadside stalls to more spacious paths in a sparsely-treed park, where those who were done with shopping took their evening strolls or sat down on the grass to enjoy the food that they had purchased. Children played in the grassy squares in this area, while their mothers watched from plastic benches beneath flowering trees, bags of shopping littered around their feet.

The faint perfume of flowers and freshly-mowed grass hung in the air, but among the pleasant scents was another aroma. The invigorating smell of roasted coffee beans, wafting from the glass windows of a cafe that stood at the edge of Market.
