Not sure if you played since their first few updates Rhino got nerfed and reworked after 3-4 updates, if something got nerfed there is no love on Rhino. If there was he would be #1 to have on a team.

Rhino isnt meant to do damage with powers

 

Roar is for guns not stomp

 

Also Valkyr is literally twice as tanky as rhino for less cost

Meanwhile, Zephyr is more mobile, Valkyr has more survivability, Volt has more CC, even Trinity can be tankier. 

He is not OP.

 

It has already been explained that he is vastly outclassed in each aspect by other frames.

It has also been explained that he is an all-rounder, and as a result, is good at a lot of things but not great at a lot of things.

 

He appeals to some because he's easy, yet effective. He's a good frame. He's simple, yet fun, but he is not OP.

 

Just because a lot of people play him does not mean he's overpowered. 

 

Also, by 'second fast warframe', I sure hope you don't think he runs fast.

Go have a drag race with a loki, a nova and a rhino, sprinting only.

Whether or not hes great at them can be argued for too on for anyone to bother but to point out

 

None of the frames you mentioned are near as tanky as rhino and none of them give an all damage buff

 

Aside from chaos none of those abilities mention act nearly as well as stomp as an emergency CC for downed teammates

 

None of them scale with both weapons and powers aside from absorb

 

The thing people are missing is that rhino has fewer drawbacks and thats a great strength on its own

Excalibur, for example, who is another all-rounder like Rhino, is more mobile, but his drawback is (arguably) tankiness.

 

He's more mobile than Oberon, less mobile than Zephyr. He doesn't sprint fast, but he takes a lot of hits.

Combine him with his second alternative helmet which hives speed plus prime version and you have the second fast frame in game so this is not a drawback

Saryns ult is worse then rhinos her gmg late game doesnt do anything the only plus of her ult is the 4 second stun but rhino stomp stuns for 8 seconds plus they fall so 9 seconds stun) thats why i wrote that he is better you can go check the thread Ember buff discussion people are talking about buffing her there and etc.)
