Plus the switch teleport is just useless/used for trolling "bcuz wi arrr kul and trullin' iz badazz" While ash has a nice viable bleed proc on shurikens Smoke screen does AOE radial blind AND makes you invisible for a decent time Teleport actually brings you close to enemies and it can be LITERALLY used like bladestorm. He basically have no utility except stun on Smoke Screen and Bladestorm takes too long when compared to other damage ults. And why you even comparing Loki and Ash when they are offering completely different gameplay type? Well, back on topic. Loki does look cool and ugly for me because of his "different" design type. His horns are ugly at first but after some time you realize that he isnt similar to any male frame because of them ( not even Oberon is close ).
