vaugahn
Nothing. You lose nothing. https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/262782-update-14-features-primer/
Doplin
From what I understand, you have to re-unlock EVERYTHING feature-wise. You keep all of your gear, however. So stuff like all the different chats, foundry, etc... you have to re-unlock it via quests.
Evers
You won't have acces to your foundry or anything on your ship for the duration of the prologue thats it.
Katakuna
There's plenty of explanations by both developer and player in the relevant thread. But you don't permanently lose anything by playing it. You just have to regain access to stuff like the Foundry, whereas not playing the prologue will mean you never lose access to anything.

It shouldn't take very long for an experienced player to complete, although an ETA would depend on your playstyle!
(PSN)IIIDevoidIII
So basically, you are on your own for about an hour at most, and that's it.

Yaerion
You lose nothing. Your ship is just bereft of some of its functionnalities until you complete the different steps of the prologue. (foundry, market, etc). They'll unlock progressively. Switch teleported from GD.
APBladeX
So if we skip the prologue, we can't access any of the main features on our ships? But if we do the prologue, we lose all of our progress (but keep our inventories the same)? EDIT: nevermind, got an answer. Evers
You will have acces to everything on the Ship if you skip the prologue.
Doplin
I'll try to summarize it with the one, the only, BULLET ITALICS! Does Tutorial: Begins from scratch features-wise. Must re-unlock most features from scratch, but it doesn't take long to do it all. Skips Tutorial: Loses nothing. Begins with a ship with everything already unlocked. Gryphticon
But are there other quest lines that experienced players can't do instead of the prologue?
Z3GR4M
If you choose to skip the prologue quests though you can't go back and play them later on that specific account you would have to create a new account to play the prologue.
