Imaru Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 Assassinate missions in systems that drop Orokin Cells (Saturn, Ceres, Orokin Derilict) are often good bets. SoulEchelon Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 Lephantis. He gives 4 separate chances for orokin cells to drop. Problem is, I believe with U15 his droprate for orokin cells was nerfed. Either that, or my friend and I were having one hell of a string of bad luck. However eventually we got 2 cells in one run.
