Everything became clear to me. Oberon's ult is a slam dunk, and Charles Barkley is immortal. What Oberon needs is a Charles Barkley skin, the b-ball gods demand it. When Charles Barkeron uses his abilities Space Jam will blast and fill us with it's glory. I even have ability reworks in mind here! Ability 1) Double-team: Charles Barkeron creates an illusioary double of himself, and pelts a single target with multiple b-balls in a flanking maneuver Ability 2) Can't Slam with the best? Jam with the rest!: Barkeron infuses his b-ball with pure jamicite and passes it to his teammates, boosting their shields, stamina, and love for basketball by 600% Ability 3) Gotta get those Nikes: Makes the ground blessed by the spirit of b-ball, allowing any teammate that passes that spot gain an increase of speed for the rest of the basketball game Ability 4) Chaos Dunk: Performs a slam dunk so powerful it is equivalent to a 150 megaton nuke, wiping out the entire map. Teammate survival not guaranteed. Well there you have it folks. This idea is literally flawless and all of you need more b-ball in your life.
