ikitclaw
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=350287337 Is this bloom necessary? or intended? If it is intended or necessary, please enlighten me as to the reason. Also while we're on the subject of bloom, could the bloom on the mutalist badges be toned down abit? Rydian
Can confirm that the specific void room shown in the OP seems much brighter than it used to be.

Mine doesn't look like that and never has.
Xylia
I turned Bloom off for this very reason, waaaaay back during Update 8. Never had to deal with blindness again. Well, that is, until Mutalist Swarm Moa, then I turned Particle Effects down to "Low" and hey I can see again (mostly)!
Telluric
I've even been having problems with blinding bloom on my Liset. I have fiddled with my brightness, contrast, all of that countless times, but when I finally get it to where the bloom becomes tolerable, all of the rest of my surroundings are too dark to navigate properly. also yes, badge blooms need to be toned down immensely. I can hardly tell which one I'm wearing.
ikitclaw
Further investigation has revealed that nearly every void room I've encountered has had the bloom increased to blinding levels.
RugerMK1
I'm writing this for my favorite cousin Dennis. He says this void bloom thing is the cause of his recent blindness and thinks DE should tone it down a lot. Thanks!
Rydian
To add to what I said above, I found another room that's doing it as well. Yeah... Mine doesn't look like that and never has. Do you have bloom and color correction on? It's only certain rooms it seems, and only with those settings on. They're just being applied too strongly. Gpof
please enlighten me But to me it sounds like you want it dimmed down. :
onichomp
maybe add a slider in the display settings so you can adjust how bloomy it is? of course on full everything would be a completely indecipherable blurry mess, for the truly daring.
