The Crewman wordlessly floated a small holographic screen towards Ro. It read 8:20.

Sergeant Ro looked at the small holograph in front of him and nodded.  Instead of pestering the busy crewman behind the desk Ro donned his helmet and downloaded a map of the Carcere onto his HUD.  It was not a complicated ship, and its design was the very definition of utilitarian.  Ro had a great appreciation of efficiency, in fact efficiency was the only thing that motivated him.  He looked back at the busy crewman and nodded his thanks as he left the room and headed over to the Guard Barracks to check himself in, and get some shut eye, but first he had to secure his rifle in the lockup room.

Weapons Lockup was a no-frills room with a seemingly endless row of lockers that stretched all the way into the back of the room.  it also had a number of security cameras making it impossible for any suspicious activity to go unnoticed.  Ro walked down the row of lockers until he found his, and unlocked it using his security badge.  The locker's lights changed from a deep red color to a bright green signaling that it was unlocked.  Ro unslung his rifle and opened the locker to discover a Prova baton already there.  Ro inspected the Baton to find out who it belonged to, and to his surprise saw his name on the I.D. card on the baton's grip.  He put the Prova back, and placed his Tetra next to it before locking it back up and heading to the Barracks.

Like Weapons Lockup the barracks were very neat and organized with little in the way of decoration.  In essence the barracks simply was a large room filled with bunks and security cameras.  He showed his badge to a nearby terminal which responded with a little chime that signaled he had checked in.  Ro didn't have to search for too long in order to find his bunk, as it was literally the only unoccupied one in the room.  Ro reached under the bunk to open the footlocker that was assigned to him, and took a change of night clothes out and replaced them with his Elite Crewman suit.  After changing, Ro laid down in his bunk and tried to get some shut eye for the measly thirty minutes he had.

The voice merely repeated itself, "Please strip and place your belongings in the bin. Once finished, proceed into the decontamination chamber."

After a short pause, the voice spoke again, "If you are unwilling to comply, proxies will be dispatched to assist."

Alva took another look into the next room she was supposed to go. The nuzzled metal pipes and the drain in the floor pretty much said it all. But it didn't hurt to at least ask, or so she had thought. It was with a displeased sigh that she finally said. "Fine, I'm striping. Proxies won't be necessary."

She couldn't help but feel like she was being watched, which made it all the worse. This was humiliating to her and it was with discomfort that she removed her clothes while still trying to cover herself.

When the last article of clothing was placed in the bin Alva tried to cover as much of her slender form as she could while walking barefoot to the next procedure. The tiled floor felt cold under her feet as she placed herself in the middle of the room and mentally prepared herself for what was likely to come.

Blue holographic lines appeared on the roof of the room and crossed to create a grid. The process was the same as it had been with Alva, with the blue grid lowering and phasing uncomfortably through Saras. Once the grid reached below her waist, however, the grid paused. After a few moments, the grid began to move again, and made several passes. The shadows on the other side of the mirror appeared to be confused, but continued to work the grid. After a few more passes, several more than Alva, the cuffs detached and vaporized, then the grid dispersed.

"Please wait until the decontamination chamber is clear."

Saras tensed a bit as the uncomfortable scanning but she raised an eyebrow when it scanned her several more times even when the cuffs were released and disappeared. she looked about the room and it's mirror. "Two way mirror perhaps?" she thought out loud "I mean it's probably but...ah I'm muttering about stuff that isn't my business, not now anyway" she said to herself "Ah well, I suppose I should try to entertain myself until decontamination"

With her hands free and a bit of time on her hands, she sat down cross legged and began to try and meditate. Calm was necessary and a luxury in prison.

"And when the hell would the transfer be started?", Elog asked in his mind for the umpteenth time, "At least it'll make for a change than staying here... and I think the smell's starting to cling on me too.". Despite all his negative thoughts, he knew that in the long run, it would do him even more harm, so while he continued to moan about his predicament, a small part of him gave the optimistic side of things. That is, optimistic as in 'slightly less dreary than what is happening now.'. He also walked around the cell in a circle, trying to see if there was something that he could use to his advantage to escape this hellhole.

Umbra felt nothing as the scanners went over him. Continuing to sing and hum the tune he was singing and humming, he walked forward into decontamination, dancing to the best of his ability while trying not to fall over with the top-heavy stocks

The large glass door shut behind Umbra and transitioned from clear to flat-white as he entered the small, white room. The only other door in the small room opened to reveal a tiled room with circles of pipes with nozzles pointed inward and a drain at the center.

"Please strip and place your belongings in the bin. Once finished, proceed into the decontamination chamber."

With him unable to remove his suit and lacking any belongings (assumedly) on his person, he could ignore that part of the order without fear of reprimand.

The door Alva entered through shut behind her as a the metal rings rose up around her. There were three in all; the top and bottom rings dispensed water while the middle one sprayed a powerful cleanser that lightly burned.

Fluid began to pump into the rings as they slowly rotated around her and warmed up their contents. Then, without warning, the nozzles began to dispense their contents. Water came out hot and at a high pressure as well as the cleanser, which stuck to the skin. After a few moments, the cleanser finished dispensing, leaving only the water to wash away the its sticky residue. A couple more minutes later, and the rings stopped and folded back into the floor.

As water continued to drain, the door on the opposite side of the decontamination room opened revealing a similar room to the white room she had been in before, except this time, the metal bin was replaced with a metal slit with a tray underneath it.

"Please exit the decontamination chamber."

Mentally prepared or not, the water and cleanser hit her skin without warning. Alva might even had dropped her guard a bit during the pipes warm up time, but as the water and cleanser hit her skin she let out a high pitched shriek.

The cleanser burned her skin and so did the hot water. The sticky cleanser felt disgusting. And even though she spent a few minutes in this hell of a shower, she did not get use to it, it burnt all the way. When she finally got to exit the decontamination shower her expression was very similar to that of a displeased, wet cat who had just been forced down the bath.

The change from hot water to the normal air temperature of the room caused her to shudder as she while still trying to cover herself looked around the new room and saw the metal slit with the tray. While she headed over there, water dripping from her form as she walked, she dearly hoped that she was going to get some dry clothes now.

As soon as the door closed, a pale blue screen of energy formed against the wall and quickly passed through her, dissipating once it hit the opposite wall. Any water in the room would have been vaporized as the screen passed. Oddly enough, even though the water was becoming steam, the screen left a cold feeling as it passed.

A soft whirring could be heard as a mechanism behind the slit dispensed a custom, black prison jumpsuit, a plain, white t-shirt, and a pair of plain, white underwear.

The energy screen was about the only pleasant thing to have happened to Alva today. True it left a cold feeling but at least it wasn't burning her, and after the treatment she resieved in the decontamination chamber some cold would probably do her skin good as it almost felt soothing despite the cold sensation.

As she arrived to the slit and tray and received her new clothes, Alva didn't waste any time before starting to put on first the underwear followed by the T-shirt and finally the jumpsuit. When once again dressed she inspected herself the best she could. The tight jumpsuit was revealing her slender shape a little too much for her liking and she could already say that she missed her old clothes.

Her short blond hair now hanged freely and fell into her face. Alva tried to tuck it behind her ear but the strains wouldn't co-operate with her today. Usually her headwear would keep her hair in place and prevent this from happening. But her headwear was now gone together with her old clothes. With an annoyed sigh Alva awaited further instructions.

Good lord they're quite perverted aren't they?" she thought to herself as she began to remove her clothes with some reluctance. her brunette hair falling on-top of her chest so she felt somewhat comfortable with that modesty. once she placed all of her clothes into the bin, she walked over to the centre. the floor and the air making her body somewhat cold as she covered herself as best as she can.

"I must have missed this part of the prison system" thought Saras as she awaited the next part of this process.

One slapped a small, metal bud on her shoulder, and with a spark, began to emit the insignia of the Carcere: a snake coiled around a Prova with then name of the ship spelled in Corpus below it.

"This way, prisoner." one of the guards said without emotion as he directed her with his Prova. He led her to a cell and opened it, the metal bars sliding down flush with the floor.

"You have a cell mate. Her name is Rak'Shi." and with that, the guards left her, alone in the dim cell.

Saras took it quite well despite the hot water and the cleanser sticking onto her skin although she did look like she'd been though a soapy waterfall. she coughed a bit before exiting the room as quickly as she can, shivering somewhat as the water's temperature began to drop.

Alva looked down on the metal badge on her shoulder to see what it was. With a spark, the symbol of a snake around a Prova appeared along with the ships name. "Nice symbol." She commented but didn't receive any sort of answer. So after that she quietly followed the guards to her new cell.

She had barely gotten in to her new cell as they told her the name of her new Cell mate. "Rak' Shi? Who's that?" But as she turned around, the guards had already left her alone. She still wondered who this Rak' Shi was. It was a strange name she wouldn't even associate with the Grineer so who exactly was this person?

"Hello." Rak' Shi called from the top bunk, "I called it, but you probably didn't hear me." She said, lithely falling to the ground and gave Alva a light bow. "First day? It can be rough." She chuckled, making note of Alva's pinkish skin, the heavy cleansing agent was the result, so that told her that her new cell mate had literally just arrived. "I, am Rak'Shi, don't ask about the name, my parents were from Phobos," She explained, a tone as if she was used to the question being asked.

At the sound of a female voice, Alva immediately looked in the direction she had heard it in time to see a woman look at her from the top bunk and then jump down to the floor.

Seeing as introductions had already started, Alva answered Rak' Shi's bow by making a slight curtsy and saying. "I'm Alva K'Tam. I actually hail from Pluto originally." So this Rak' Shi was from the Mars sector? Well that might explain her name as it's close to Grineer space. "And yes, checking into this establishment is quite the chore as I think you can agree."

"Question, when do I get out of these stocks?" He asked "Servomotors can only take so much weight before collapsing from continued strain."

"Not so much, my line of work has me a bit, thick skinned. Though, I must admit it was...uprooting." She offered, tapping her chin as she thought of the right word, "Whatcha in for?" She asked, interested so as to how another apparently not insane corpus citizen got tossed into a war prison.

Antus left his spot from the recreational room, heading to the cell room. He was very much silent while walking, thinking about his family.

'Why... why me?'

Shaking away the thoughts, he looked for his cell. Much like his life, he was set alone from the rest. He liked that anyways. Too many people, a possible panic attack. He went inside his cell, which was on the bottom floor, under a balcony and stairs. He went inside and sat atop of his bed. He did notice one of the new members, but he didn't really want to converse at the moment.

He sighed and pondered about the prison. He was a recent transfer, only being here for at least a couple days. This might be something interesting...

No answer came. The circles of pipes raised out of the floor and began to rotate as they warmed up. Without warning, high pressure, hot water and a sticky, powerful cleanser fired from the nozzles of the pipe. A couple minutes later, the cleanser stopped, and a while after that, the water ceased. The metal rings lowered back into the floor as a the doors opposite from the ones he had entered opened.

The doors in front of Saras opened to reveal the Prison's recreational area. Two Crewman had been waiting for her to exit, one of which slapped a small, metal bud on her shoulder that sparked to life and emitted the ship's logo.

"This way." one of the Crewman said as he directed Saras with his Prova. The two led her to a cell and opened it. Laying relaxed on the bottom bunk of the bed was a rather perplexed Grineer, who squinted as the Crewmen unlocked his cell.

"Wot's the meanin' ov this? Can't ya see I'm tryin' to get me some beauty sleep?" the Grineer said in a heavy accent. He was taller than most, standing around 6'4 with a modest frame. Without their heavy, ferrite shells, the Grineer definitely looked different.

"Yeah, with a face like that, you're gonna need all the beauty sleep you can get." one of the guards mocked. Both got a laugh out of that.

One of them turned to face Saras,"This is will be your cellmate, Drek. He's getting shipped over our sister ship, the Extremus Halitus, in about two weeks, so don't get too attached.

And with that, the two guards left Saras alone with her new cellmate.

Saras proceeded to take a look about her cell, examining it with her eye as to what she can see and what else there may be.

Drek merely grunted at her comment on the guards. "Wos durin' an invasion of one'a their research ships near Jupiter. Long story short, stepped too close to one'a them stompin' bots and bashed me head. By the time I came to, my men're all dead and we're getting the order to turn tail n' run." He rolled over in his bunk, then called out over his shoulder. "If'n yer just gonna stand there, ya mind takin' a step to the left? Light's makin it hard to sleep."

The Cell itself wasn't all that interesting. Overhead was a fluorescent light that was currently off, a military grade bunk bed against the wall to the right, and a toilet crammed into the right-hand corner of the room.
