A single proc is pretty much a guaranteed kill, unless you've slotted (and activated. lol. -_- ) Vitality / Rapid Resilience.

So basically, it's a Disc One Nuke.

 

Combine that with unlimited defender respawns, and lol.

 

And and, it appears to keep ticking while you're in bleedout.

Which means it can kill you while you're being revived.

Well, to be honest, there is Saryn's Molt for that. 

 

And to be honest, that mod only unlocks at Level 4 (if it is slotted first), and the damage would be still be quite low. 

 

But then again, that should be looked at.

Yeah, this seems like it should be reduced for PvP. Or diminish in strength over time, or something like that.

certainly powerful, but at the same time, a general direction spray from an automatic Weapon that has Toxin Damage is also a guaranteed kill.

 

PvP just doesn't work.

Molt is a lot harder to land.

(Shorter range, cast time, requires energy, unlocks later.)

 

If it's the first slot, it "only" does 3 damage per tic per proc. Through shields.

I know. I play quite a bit of Dark Sectors PVP, and I have experienced the age of Bladestorm spam (then black energy Invisibility/Smoke Screen, then Limbo Rift).
