Primed Retribution capping at 100% chance, and doing a percentage of incoming melee damage back to them, would be nifty, and gives slot energy instead of taking it. Primed Maglev, going to 60% extra slide, and giving slot energy instead of taking it, would be unique. Primed Hush, with a reverse scale energy need, going from its normal max at rank 0 to the same amount in giving slot energy at rank max. .....Actually, I guess my thoughts are leading towards Primed Utility mods giving slot energy instead of taking it.
