They are following the pattern. Regular warframes are "male-female-male-female-" and primes are "male-male-female-female-". So Valkyr can't be next since she is a girl (I think). From my experience (4 formaed Akstiletto and 4 formad Aksomati) Aksomati are much better in terms of DPS and general usage. While Akstiletto's do have that great status effect, Aksomati have the much higher damage and crit, along with the much better ammo pool.
